No — the standard tier on every service is full human translation, checked by a second linguist. Machine-assisted translation is offered only as a separate, clearly labelled, lower-cost tier on Technical & Engineering Translation and Website & Software Localization.

Each file is tracked against the same order and the same terminology glossary, so consistency holds across a mixed set rather than being handled as unrelated jobs.
