Prices throughout this site are shown ex. IVA. Spanish and EU consumers are charged 21% IVA at checkout. If you're VAT-registered elsewhere in the EU, enter a valid VAT ID at checkout to apply the reverse charge (0% IVA, with the required legend on your invoice). Customers outside the EU are zero-rated. A sworn/certified translation is a fixed, page-bound legal instrument — page count is the standard, verifiable unit for that product. Document translation scales naturally with word count instead.

The configurator shows the minimum charge figure directly, with a note explaining it — never a silently substituted number.

Yes — they apply to the unit subtotal after any tier multiplier (like the MT-post-edited −40%) or mode adjustment (like Interpreting's phone −10%), calculated automatically in the configurator.

No — every price on this site is shown ex. IVA, with a persistent label saying so. IVA (21%, or 0% under the reverse charge or for non-EU customers) is added at checkout.

For bespoke, high-volume, retainer or unlisted work, yes — use /quote/. For anything the configurator can price, the calculated figure is the real, orderable price.
